Weekends are the most requested dates for Weddings and Quinceañeras. It’s always recommended to book your event a minimum of 12 months in advance to guarantee your photo session.  Family photos and portraits are usually taken during the week.

Why do we have to meet in-person meeting?


Getting to know each other is very important. We know that hiring our service is a very important investment. Your purchase will become a timeless family heirloom.  One that will be treasured for many years to come.  Often, our clients have said, when they go back and see their album, they are stun by the way their day was capturred.  That's when they fully understand the true value of their purchase and become lifelong customers. 


We want to ensure we take the time to understand every detail that is important to you, so that we can deliver the best possible product and service.  This will reassure you made the right decision, to hire me. 

Why is there a deposit?

Yes, your deposit guarantees we are available on your special date, and we will not accept new clients on your date.

 

What happens if I have to change the date?

We get it, life happens. There are several factors to consider, but we can go over the details when we meet. The key is to immediately inform us of the change in plans.

  

When will my photos be ready?

Everyone wants their photos right away, but it will depend on the terms of your contract.

 

I lost my digital copies, what now?

This happens more often than not, but don’t worry we got you covered. We store your digital copies for such an emergency, and we hold them for you for up to one year.

 

Do you work with an Event coordinator?

Yes we do!  If you hired a coordinator, we also would like to meet with them in advance before the main date. This will allow us the ability to review the event program and be ready with no surprises.  Knowing all of the details, allow us to provide the best possible product and service.   

 

Do you subcontract?

In general no, but depending on the terms of your contract, there may be a need to subcontract. In such cases, rest assure that we have vetted the community of subcontractors we do business with.  

 

Do I need permits to take photos?

Some locations require permits, others do not. We can go over this question in detail when we meet.

 

Are you insured?

Yes, I am insured through Photographers of America!
